Death at Ahlstrom's Stenay plant

Ahlstrom regrets to announce that on May 3, 2006 at approximately 20.30 hours, there was a death at its Stenay, France plant involving an employee of the company.

Ahlstrom and the local competent authorities are investigating the cause of the accident and more information will be made available once the investigations are complete.

The family of the deceased have been informed and Ahlstrom extends their sympathy to them.
