APPOINTMENTS IN AHLSTROM'S TOP MANAGEMENT
The Board of Directors of Ahlstrom Corporation has confirmed the following appointments:
Jukka Moisio, President of the FiberComposites division and member of the Corporate Executive Team (CET) has been appointed Executive Vice President and deputy to the CEO starting 15 September, 2003.
B. Sc. (Econ.) Svante Adde has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and CET member starting 15 September, 2003. He succeeds Chief Financial Officer Bjarne Mitts, who has been appointed President and CEO of Oy Rettig Ab.
Svante Adde was previously a Managing Director of Lazard, the global investment banking group. Since 1989, he was responsible for Nordic Corporate Finance, based in London. From 2000 he was also the Managing Director of Lazard AB in Stockholm.
Mr. Adde's responsibilities within Ahlstrom Corporation include group financing, accounting and control, corporate planning and internal audit, as well as financial communications.
