Nomination Committee for Ahlstrom
The Board of Directors of Ahlstrom Corporation has today decided to establish a Nomination Committee. The Nomination Committee consists of three members of the Board. Johan Gullichsen, Chairman of the Board of Ahlstrom, was elected as Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Jan Inborr and Urban Jansson as members.
The main tasks of the Nomination Committee are to identify and propose candidates for election to the Board as well as propose compensation of the Board.
The term of the Nomination Committee elected by the Board will last until the close of the next Annual General Meeting.
