Ahlstrom-Munksjö entre as Melhores Empresas para se Trabalhar no Brasil

O incentivo para se inscrever na pesquisa, realizada pela revista Você S/A em parceria com a FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, veio dos ótimos resultados que a planta apresentou na última Pesquisa Global de Engajamento, realizada internamente pela companhia em todas as suas unidades no mundo, no fim de 2016, e do interesse em comparar-se com outras empresas instaladas no Brasil e de segmentos diferentes. Não à toa, um dos pontos positivos destacados no Guia, publicado em outubro, foi o clima amigável dentro da empresa, que favorece a cooperação entre os colaboradores. "Esperávamos um resultado positivo, em função do que vimos na pesquisa interna, mas confesso que figurar entre as 150 melhores logo na primeira participação me deixou ainda mais orgulhoso de fazer parte desse time", comemora Valmir Piton, diretor-presidente da Ahlstrom-Munksjö Brasil.
No momento da inscrição, a unidade de Jacareí ainda era apenas Munksjö e a única do Brasil. Atualmente, após a combinação com a Ahlstrom, a companhia conta também com uma fábrica em Louveira. "No ano que vem, pretendemos nos inscrever novamente, já com as duas unidades, para podermos verificar onde evoluímos e o que ainda podemos aprimorar, com base no diagnóstico feito pela Você S/A e pela FIA neste ano, principalmente, após o processo de fusão que estamos vivendo", afirma Marcos Galetti, gerente executivo de Recursos Humanos da Ahlstrom-Munksjö Brasil.

The motivation to join the survey, conducted by Você S/A Magazine in partnership with FIA – Business Administration Institute, came from the great results shown by the Brazilian plant on the last global engagement survey, conducted by the Company in all its units around the world, by the end of 2016, and from its interest of being compared with other companies located in Brazil, from several branches. It is not by chance that one of the positive points highlighted in this ranking, published on October, it was the friendly environment inside the Company, which favors the cooperation among the employees. “We awaited a positive result, considering what we had seen in our internal survey, but figuring among the 150 best ones in our first participation made me even more proud of being part of this team” , celebrates Valmir Piton, Vice-President of Coated Specialties Business Unit and Managing Director of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Brazil.
By the moment of the registration, Jacareí Unit was still Munksjö and the only one in Brazil. Currently, after the merger with Ahlstrom, the Company also counts on another production facility in Louveira. “Next year, we intend to make the subscription again, already with both Units, so we will be able to check where we have been evolving, as well as our improving opportunities - based on the diagnosis provided by Você S/A and FIA this year and mainly after the merger process we are now.” Say Marcos Galetti, Human Resources Manager of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Brazil.
