Ahlstrom: Name change of notes issuer Ahlstrom-Munksjö Holding 3 Oy

AHLSTROM PRESS RELEASE, JAN 16, 2023 at 12:00 EET  

Ahlstrom’s parent company to Ahlstrom-Munksjö Holding 3 Oy, the issuer of EUR 350 million senior secured notes due 2028 and USD 305 million senior secured notes due 2028, admitted to the Official List of The International Stock Exchange, has registered with the Finnish Patent and Registration Office as its business name Ahlstrom Holding 3 Oy on January 16, 2023.  

Ahlstrom-Munksjö started to operate under the business name Ahlstrom on October 3, 2022, after completing the ownership reorganization of its Decor business which operates as an independent company under the name Munksjö.  

The legal names of other Ahlstrom group companies will be changed accordingly in the order determined by local legislation in their operating countries during 2023.
