Ahlstrom recently launched an ambitious sustainability strategy with equally ambitious targets. With a redefined purpose to Purify and Protect, with Every Fiber, for a Sustainable World. This is a bigger and bolder vision for our company than we have had in the past. By innovating and advocating new, sustainable solutions, we want to be a key enabler for our customers, suppliers, and partners.

We recently completed reviewing the existing green claim guidance toward products. We desire to share our know-how with you to start the work together, and build more accurate communication about the environmental features of products through Ahlstrom's Green Claim Guidebook.

Planet

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint in line with a 1.5°C trajectory with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and aim to become Net Zero by 2050 the latest. We will increase product lifecycle transparency and improve product end-of-life features, to meet and surpass increasing circularity demands.
