Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj: Change in the holding of Viknum AB

Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj has today received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from Virala Oy Ab, the ultimate controlling entity of Viknum AB. According to the notification, the shareholding of Viknum AB in Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj has fallen below the threshold of 5 percent on February 4, 2020 (from 12.27 percent to 0.00 percent). Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj’s registered total number of shares and voting rights of 115,653,315 has been used as the basis of calculation of percentages for the notification.
