Ahlstrom has the experience and expertise required to help all pressure sensitive release liners run successfully by optimizing holdout, caliper, uniformity, density and strength for each custom application. We work with our customers to provide more efficient solutions to the challenging needs of the pressure sensitive industry.

Primarily manufactured to suit the needs of North American markets, our Silca™ range offers three different supercalendered finishes, including Glassine, SCK and HPL (high performance liners) release papers, available in substrates from 41 to 195 gsm, and in a large variety of different colors. Industrial versions are suitable for silicone coating on both sides. Main applications include PSA label-stock laminates, tape, medical, industrial materials and components.

All papers can be ordered with FSC®, PEFC™ or SFI® certification. All liners available in, bleached, unbleached, blended and Post-Consumer (PCW) recycled fiber, and in custom colors.
